Sometimes, just writing goals on a piece of paper, a whiteboard or an online doc doesn’t seem quite enough.
It’s easy to become blind to written words and numbers, and they can lose their effect as you gaze at them over time.
Here are two phrases that will guide you to a much more powerful way to state your goals and future desires for yourself:

- Seeing is believing!
In a wonderful TED talk, writer, speaker and visual thinker Patti Dobrowolski has shown how the clarity of drawing your future allows you to take control of your life.
If you can see it you can believe it.
When we see the future literally drawn out in front of us then the future becomes real.
