On this fine Tuesday morning, we’re mourning the passing of Q3, 2019. 

And celebrating, we are, the dawn of Q4.

Why does this matter?

Well, it means that you’ve got 90 days to do two really important things:

  1. Finish this year on a high note
  2. Plan to launch next year with a massive bang

“So, Jonny”, you’re asking, “enough of stating the bleeding obvious – how are we going to do these things?” 

I’m glad you asked, because I have the answers.


This is going to take some short-term, rapid-fire tactical thinking.

To make this quarter the strongest of all, you need to be looking back at the strongest elements of what worked so far this year, and duplicating them.

For example:

  • What kind of offer got the best response? Do it again
  • Which client was most rewarding to work with – impact and revenue? Ask them to work with you again.
  • What direct message got you the most sales calls? Use it again, repeatedly.

That’s 2019 taken care of…


Planning for massive growth next year requires a change of strategy.

You can’t do the same thing you’ve been doing and expect a different result.

This’ll take thought, action and support.
