On our Inner Circle weekly call recently, one of the members needed a steer on how to pin down his niche and identify his ideal client.
I asked him, what have you enjoyed doing most? Who have you enjoyed working with most, so far?
His eyes rolled upwards as he scanned through his back catalogue, and he smiled as he quickly recalled a particular client on whom he’d had a massive transformation impact, bringing joy to both parties.
They also paid him well for the value he’d given them.
In your business too, there will have been moments of pure joy when everything fell into place, and understanding how to duplicate that should be at the heart of your strategy.
