Take a pen and blank sheet of paper.

Draw a rectangular box as big as the paper will allow, and divide it into 4 smaller, equal boxes:

  1. Top left
  2. Top right
  3. Bottom left
  4. Bottom right

Then, write a headline in each box, respectively:

  1. Difficult and useless
  2. Difficult and useful
  3. Easy and useless
  4. Easy and useful

Keep the sheet on your desk and make lists of all the stuff you do today in their most appropriate box.

Which boxful will you eliminate first from your tomorrows?

Which will you do more of, every day?
