Here are some thoughts from TSP member and pal Jason Elliott, whose journey so far has been fraught with uncertainty, self-doubt and just plain bad luck.

Jason uses his blog to help people with mental health issues, and he sent me these tips to share with you:

  • Remove yourself from negative people
  • Only be around people who encourage and support you
  • Set yourself goals
  • Get help if you need it
  • Talk to people you can confide in and trust

It seems to me those are pretty much the rules of the game for all of us, however we’re playing it.
