This week’s biggest trigger

I was talking with a lovely lady yesterday.

Brilliant life coach and healer, with decades of experience.

Yet she’s procrastinating over launching her remarkable new programme, and she’s missed two previously self-set deadlines.

I asked her why she was doing this and she fired back:

“What if nobody buys it? What if it doesn’t work even if they do buy it?”

I answered with another question – the obvious one, as far as I could see:

“What if a bunch of people buy it, and it works amazingly well for all of them?”

Well, that would be fantastic, she beamed, and I agreed.

Look, you can always find reasons not to do something.

Fear of the unknown is not a good reason.
