Let’s say you’re a life coach, and you decide you want to rid the world of depression. That’s your vision and you could fail if it turns out people WANT to be depressed, or don’t care if they are.
If your strategy is to use NLP techniques to help people overcome depression, then you could fail at a strategic level if NLP didn’t work, or didn’t work well enough.
Your tactic to build a depression support Group on Facebook and invite people to join could fail for a number of reasons – your writing didn’t attract people, you invited the wrong audience, or maybe depressed people didn’t want to talk about it in a Facebook Group.
If your business isn’t working, ask yourself at what level.
