Launching your second half

On this fine Friday morning, we’re mourning the passing of H1, 2022. 

And celebrating, we are, the dawn of H2.

Why does this matter?

Well, it means that you’ve got 184 days to do two really important things:

  1. Finish this year on a high note
  2. Plan to launch next year with a massive bang

“So, Jonny”, you’re asking, “enough of stating the bleeding obvious – how are we going to do these things?” 

I’m glad you asked, because I have the answers.

FINISHING 2022 ON A HIGH:

This is going to take some short-term, rapid-fire tactical thinking.

To make these six months stronger than the first, you need to be looking back at the strongest elements of what worked so far this year, and duplicating them.

For example:

  • What kind of offer got the best response? Do it again
  • Which client was most rewarding to work with – impact and revenue? Ask them to work with you again.
  • What direct message got you the most sales calls? Use it again, repeatedly.

That’s 2022 taken care of…

LAUNCHING 2023 WITH A BANG:

Planning for massive growth next year requires a change of strategy.

You can’t do the same thing you’ve been doing and expect a different result.

This’ll take thought, action and support.
