Coaches and other “experts” I’ve spotted in my social media seem to fit into one of four categories:
1: Great at coaching but poor at self-promotion
Sadly, you don’t hear much from these folks.
2: Poor at coaching but great at self-promotion
Sadly, you hear an awful lot from these folks.
3: Poor at coaching and poor at self-promotion
Thankfully, you don’t hear a lot from these folks.
4: Great at coaching and great at self-promotion
Thankfully, you hear a lot from these folks.
Whether you’re a coach, or being coached, it’s smart to understand exactly what you’re working with.
