How mistakes get worse

Author and contrarian madman Aubrey de Grey sends a warning to us all when he says:

Don’t cling to a mistake just because you spent a lot of time making it. 

And in your 21st century coaching or therapy business, this might mean:

1: Dumping your massive magnum opus of a downloadable course that nobody ever bought
2: Rethinking your favourite client avatar if you can’t find enough of them to make a living
3: Resetting your branding and messaging that’s attracting nobody to your community
4: Closing down your big, expensive office/clinic/studio and delivering your work online
5: Turning away from those who don’t believe in you, support you or energise you

In summary, the past is done and irretrievable.

All you can do is work in the present to change your future.
