I read a great quote from Russ Ruffino today about how you can’t be free if your money is connected to your time.
Many of my clients start out being hooked on 1-2-1 coaching, training or therapy sessions, as if that’s the only way they can earn money.
It’s certainly ONE way, but it’s always going to lead to your time running out before your business scales to its full potential.
Here are some simple ideas about breaking that direct time <> money connection, which you can choose to do right now:
- Coach clients in groups so your time goes further
- Run paid-for seminars and workshops
- Publish a book that you can get paid for
- Get paid to speak at other people’s events
- Create a digital version of your training and sell it online
Sometimes, disconnecting is the way forward.
