I wrote a Facebook post yesterday which polarised my audience.
Not only that, but it seemed to attract more comments and reactions than anything I’ve posted in a while.
What I’d done, without really thinking of the consequences, was expressed my opinion on a topical subject. I nailed my colours to the mast and let the world know where I stood.
In response, the world told me which half agreed with me, and which half didn’t.
In the future, I can direct stuff at the former, knowing at the very least that they’re listening and open to my ideas.
Finding out who’s in your tribe and who never will be is pretty useful data, I reckon.
