Good advice, bad advice

As global #1 bestselling author James Clear notes:

“Good advice at the wrong time is bad advice”

And in your 21st century online coaching or therapy business, you have to test incoming advice with the who, what and when questions:

1: Who’s advising you? Are they a few steps ahead of you, or a few years ahead?
2: What are they suggesting you do? Is it something you’re prepared to do right now?
3: When did they learn what they’re teaching you? Does it still work today, or just when they last tried it?

All advice makes sense to the adviser.

But only pay for what makes sense to you.
