The deeper you get into your sales process, the more impact small changes can have. 

  • If you get a couple more members to join your Group, it’ll make a small difference to your business.
  • If you get a couple more people each week to agree to a sales call with you, it has a more noticeable effect.
  • But if you could make a couple more sales a month, it might make a night-and-day change to your business.

So, maybe you don’t need to worry about feeding your hungry “funnel” (or whatever you call it) with warm leads any more vigorously.

You just need to get better at selling. 

Let’s say you have a 20% success rate from sales calls to sales, and you’re making 2 x $1000 sales a month from 10 calls for $2,000.

Improve that conversion rate by 50% to make 3 sales and you’ll have $3,000 a month.

Next, stick your prices up by just 30% to $1333 and you’ll be making $4,000 a month.

That’s $24,000 a year extra revenue – double your current income.
