I’m putting together a Mastermind Group starting Monday October 2nd 2017 called
“12-Week Challenge – Build Your Online Course”
I’ll be working with only three other people, and the four of us will create an online course for each of our businesses which will go live on the 28th December 2017, in that sweet spot after Xmas when everyone’s surfing and ready to buy what we made for them.
I already have one person onboard, so if you fancy grabbing one of the other two seats in our mastermind quartet, let me know right away and we can start making plans.
Creating an online course is one of the opportunities with limitless potential we’ve been handed by living in the age of the internet. The facility to build something once and earn from it forever has to be one of the greatest privileges we’ve gained over any previous generation.
Author Ramit Sathi talks about four questions to help you find your ideal subject matter to turn into an online course:
- What do I already pay for? Cleaning, gym training, pet training – these and hundreds of other possibly lucrative business ideas are all around you.
- What skills do I have? Fluency in a language, knowledge of software like Excel or a computer game – most of us have at least 10 of these.
- What do my friends admire me for? You’re a great cook, an ace pianist, a snappy dresser. So now teach us all how to do the same!
- What do I do on a Saturday morning? Do you browse YouTube? If so, what grabs you? Travel, fitness, fashion? Tell us what you’re learning!
A variation on question four is: If you were stuck in a room with someone for three hours, what would you talk about? That’s a good indication of something you’d like to share with the world.
