As Robin Sharma says, people are observing you.
They’re observing:
- Your manners
- Your gracefulness
- Your values in action
- How you treat people
- What you say
- The quality of your work
In this instantly and permanently connected world, you’d better make sure that the way you show up, is the way you’d like to be found.
Those of us observing you will assume that the way you do one thing is the the way you do everything.
There is no escape from our eyes, our ears and our judgement.
Sharma again:
“Show us the extent to which a human being can express creativity, positivity, love, and audacity…”
Then when we see you, we’ll like what we see.
