Number Nine: Never fall out with a client.
Sometimes, you’ll make a mistake by taking on a client who doesn’t resonate with you, or you with them.
As they’re heading out the door, shower them with love.
They’ve taught you a valuable lesson about who you really are, and about who your ideal client might be, if not them.
As a sign of your gratitude, thank them for their honesty, and refund them. Always refund them.
And for f***ks sake, never, ever sue a client. Just don’t even go there.
