This is what’s stopping you thriving

Building a business – any business – takes energy and focus. 

Working online as a solopreneur needs an extra dose of both those things. It gets mentally exhausting and can even feel you’re locked in solitary confinement.

I get that.

I heard from a skilled and experienced coach yesterday who’s decided to throw in the towel as she was feeling burned out. That’s a tragedy for her, her personal health and for her clients.

So at the end of another week, here are some habits to install for Monday and help regain your mojo.

  • Listen to some exciting music. Sing as loud as you can. Dance.
  • Over-hydrate. You’re likely drinking way too little water.
  • Go walk. The science is clear. 30 minutes in nature resets motivation like nothing else.
  • Read feedback from your clients. Let them remind you how great you are, so you don’t have to.
  • Remember why you’re doing this. For me, it’s about cementing my family’s future and creating an impact on the wellbeing of companies and organisations around the world.
