15 things better than what you’re doing now

If you’re reading this in the first decades of the 21st century, you’re probably spending much of your day looking at screens.

15 things you could do instead…

1: Interact with the people around you.
2: Phone a relative.
3: Plot your escape from a life situation that you hate being in.
4: Draw, paint or doodle.
5: Start that thing you’ve been putting off.
6: Absolutely nothing.
7: Catch up with an old friend.
8: Revitalise that old hobby you loved doing.
9: Learn something.
10: Contribute time to a cause.
11: Look around you and realise how lucky you are.
12: Look around you and fix the most annoying thing.
13: Breathe. Really breathe.
14: Write a page of your book.
15: Do something that makes your life or business

No doubt you can think of even more. So why not?
